Return Policy
At Buffed and Bubbly, we stand behind the quality of our work. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of shipment for a refund, subject to the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility Guidelines:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by the original tracking information.

Items must be returned in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition. Items showing wear may incur a 40% restocking fee or may be deemed ineligible for return.

All original packaging, documentation, and certificates must be included. Missing diamond certificates are Not eligible for a refund.

Items with personalized engraving are not eligible for a refund.

Fees design deposits, appraisals, resizing, rush services, shipping, or other non-refundable charges are not eligible for refund.

Custom and made-to-order pieces, including engagement rings, eternity bands, or items altered in size or metal, may be subject to a 40% restocking fee and may not be eligible for return once production has begun.

Items modified by any jeweler other than Buffed and Bubbly are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To begin a return, please email info@buffedandbubbly.com at least two business days before your 14-day return window closes. Be sure to include your order number so we can issue a Return Authorization Form.

A completed Return Authorization Form must accompany all returns.

Items should be securely double-boxed, with all original documentation enclosed.

Return shipments must be insured for full value and require an adult signature upon delivery. Buffed and Bubbly is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.

Please ship returns from a staffed carrier location and retain your receipt for your records.
Return Processing & Refunds
Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing. If approved, refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued within 10–20 business days to the original payment method.
