At Buffed and Bubbly, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. All jewelry comes with a complimentary lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects.

What’s Covered

Our lifetime warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use. This includes issues such as:

• Loose gemstones due to manufacturing

• Defective clasps or fastenings

• Other problems arising from the manufacturing process

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse, accidents, or improper care

• Exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, or water (including pools and hot tubs)

• Natural wear of metals and prongs, which may require maintenance

• Damage leading to gemstones becoming loose or falling out due to everyday use

• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or alterations

Warranty Process

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly at info@buffedandbubbly.com.

All repairs or replacements must be authorized by Buffed and Bubbly. Unauthorized repairs or modifications by third-party jewelers will void this warranty.

If a defect is confirmed, Buffed and Bubbly will repair or replace the item at no charge.
